I am here And I have the right to be here. After all, I exist, and that is evidence enough. You exist, too. That's evidence that you have the right to exist. It is this right to exist that made you into existance in the first place.
Because you have the right to exist, the resources required to maintain your existence must also be yours. Therefore, the right to be is the right to have. The only rule you need to know is that everybody else have the same rights as you.
Anyone who attempts to overrule your right to existence is arrogant and blind, and their uttering also takes their own rights to existence out of their own hands. Indeed, their judgment of others is an expression of their own denial of self. Existence must be mutual, and therefore respect and acceptance must also be mutual.
When the words you use about yourself in your mind differ from the words you use about yourself when you speak to others, then you are radiating something that is not you. Believing that the two must differ is a self-denial of your right to exist. Expecting others to misrepresent themselves is a denial of their right to exist.
Accept yourself. Accept others.
Respect yourself. Respect others.
Honor the words you tell yourself.
Honor the words you tell others.
...to be who you are
...to feel who you are, and be what you feel
...to act who you are, and be what you act
...to love who you are, and be what you love
...to say who you are, and be what you say
...to see who you are, and be what you see
...to know who you are, and be what you know
